I can stick to the wall so much better on my toes in these, compared to rental shoes. They have an extra laminate in the sole that really aids in edging. I have to agree with the last post about size. I wear a 10 1/2 to 11 in a street shoe. I ended up with a size 12 in these. Just the right amount of squeeze with no heel slippage. That's barefoot. If I were to use socks I would go up another 1/2 size at least. I would recommend this shoe for general climbing... a little trad now and then, and sport for sure. Good grip and a nice profile for stabbing small toe holds. |
